Matthew and I drove down to Southern California this week for a clients' wedding. We had never met Paul and Alicia before, but we were honored to be able to make their cake for them. Their cake was 4 tiers, with a 6" Cake topper, so it was pretty massive. The bottom tier was vanilla cake with mocha mousse filling, second tier was chocolate cake with strawberry filling, third tier was vanilla cake with raspberry filling, and the top tier was chocolate cake with strawberry filling. The table that the cake was on was not even, so it made the cake lean a little with the weight of the strawberries, but all in all, I'm very pleased with the final product!
