Yesterday (the 29th) was my brother in law's birthday, and my sister hired us to make a cake for him. She wanted a chocolate cake with mocha mousse (with extra espresso), covered in brown fondant with leaves...something outdoorsy. So that's what we made for her. I had leftover batter, so I made some cupcakes, and filled those with the mocha mousse. John loved the cake...yay!!

You are SO talented! I wish you lived closer...I'd have you making all our special event cakes/cupcakes! I love the "outdoorsy" cake you made! Yum on the filling too!
