Bridal Shower

We made mini cupcakes for our friends bridal shower this afternoon.  I wanted to try some new things and get some fresh spring time flavors in the cupcakes.  There is Raspberry Cake with Lemon Buttercream, Pina Colada Cake with Strawberry Buttercream and Toasted Coconut, and Double Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Buttercream and chocolate shavings.  They were all a major hit!  Love you Brandon and Kim!

Happy Easter

I made these cupcakes for my Mom's kindergarten class, and I hope they are well-received. Happy Easter everyone! Praise the Lord for His wonderful gift of salvation!

Easter is upon us

My sister needed an Easter cake for her kindergarten class, but it couldn't be bunnies or eggs, it had to portray the realy meaning for Easter, because it is a Christian school. I'm very pleased with how this cake turned out, except the cross resembles a certain not-so-pretty something. Happy Easter everyone!

First Logo Cookies

I just delivered my first order for a business, and did the logo on all the cookies.  Matt made an outline of the logo, so it wouldn't as hard, but it was a lot of free-hand.  They were fun, and a lot of work!  Thanks Jane!!
