We made mini cupcakes for our friends bridal shower this afternoon. I wanted to try some new things and get some fresh spring time flavors in the cupcakes. There is Raspberry Cake with Lemon Buttercream, Pina Colada Cake with Strawberry Buttercream and Toasted Coconut, and Double Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Buttercream and chocolate shavings. They were all a major hit! Love you Brandon and Kim!
